Drone-based aerial imaging provides a very unique and cost-effective means to add a new stream of photo & video content to existing productions.
Drones can not only replace traditional expensive airplanes and helicopters in many instances, but they can also access locations and get shots where full-sized aircraft cannot. We can fly and hover in tighter, lower locations, with much quicker deployment times, limited noise/disturbance, and significantly reduced costs.
These systems provide a single platform that can perform the work of a dolly, crane, and helicopter, often all in one continuous shot.
Our specialized, highly trained Canadian Government-certified UAV team combines drones for aerial photography with a wide range of skill sets to deliver client-specific aerial imaging services throughout Canada.
We can provide aerial photography and video services for architecture, construction projects, GIS, agricultural condition reporting (thermal), insurance, real estate portfolios, 2D & 3D mapping, and security imaging. We have a combined experience of over forty years in photography, video, UAVs, and production methods.
Technology
We utilize a fleet of highly specialized UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), often referred to as drone aircraft, that are remotely controlled and assisted by GPS position and altitude.
These aircraft provide a highly stable platform that enables us to gather data, photos, and video. Our fleet ranges from the small four-motor DJI Mavic Cine 4 (quadcopter) for confined areas, to the large four-motor DJI Inspire 3 and four-motor DJI Matrice 210 RTK drone systems, each equipped with full 360-degree gimbals and carrying various high-end cameras. As well as fixed-wing Ebee SQ UAVs.
The size and nature of these aircraft enable us to specialize in low-altitude, high-definition aerial imaging more safely and economically. We hold a national SFOC for all of Canada and are fully licensed by Transport Canada.
